While primarily a military hospital, PNS Shifa also provides healthcare services to civilians. Appointments and consultations can be scheduled through the hospital’s outpatient department.

Rules for Visiting PNS Shifa Hospital
- Patients and attendants must carry proper ID documents such as NIC, NICOP, or a Driver’s License.
- Visiting hours for meeting relatives are from 4 PM to 6 PM.
- Only one attendant is allowed per patient at a time.
- Visitors must maintain silence and maintain hospital decorum.
- Smoking and use of tobacco products are strictly prohibited in hospital building premises.
